NARS, Sleek & Becca | Cream of the Crop
As a social hermit, the party season is looming, but with little change to my evening makeup routine I must admit. One thing I can never be without is a bit of glow and highlight. The party season starting very shortly is definitely the excuse for experimenting with makeup and bold colours.
Below I've highlighted (see what I did there...) my three favourite cream highlighters and blush choices.
Sleek Cuba Bareskinned Illuminator
NARS Copacabana Illuminator
Becca Moonstone Shimmering Skin Perfector
These three shades in my opinion have the best formulas, with a good shade selection. For example, who doesn't look good with a bright peachy pink blush?!
Sleek's Cuba retails for £8.99 and is a shimmering thick pink blush. The shimmer particles make this more of a sparingly applied product. I use a small dollop across my cheekbones for a natural seamless glow with a bright pop of colour.
Becca's Moonstone is pricier at £30. This would be good for a Christmas gift, as the formula is high quality and the shade is very versatile. It is quite sheer so over the lids would add a perfect glow. Alternatively, across the cheekbones it would give such a shimmery goddess glow!
NARS is a cult favourite, so I won't go on and on but this is also pricy at £29 from Space NK. This is a lighter, thicker formula than Becca but also is nice added to the high points of the face such as brow bones.
Top to bottom: NARS, Sleek and Becca
Have you tried any of these?
