My Favourite Highlight Products

These are all drugstore items, so a major plus in my book!

I will start off by saying they are not my holy grail as I love trying new things every so often but they are amazing for their prices and the fact that they are not 'luxury' products.

Sleek Solstice Highlighter Palette

This is £9.99 so a little hefty for a single drugstore item, but the fact that you get four products in one makes up for that. They are very pigmented, so if you want to see this in action, most of my instagram and youtube tutorials feature this! You can mix and match, as one of them is a cream so it works over foundation or eyeshadows etc

Makeup Revolution Ultra Cream Contour Kit

I bought this quite a while ago, and this costs £8 in Superdrug. There are so many colour choices, it will work for any skintone and especially for highlighting. I use this for full coverage and dramatic looks but with a beauty blender it works for day to day. I would recommend using a primer as they are very creamy but other than that they are a great dupe for Anastasia Beverly Hills.

 Makeup Revolution Radiant Light Exhale

This is again a great dupe for Anastasia Beverly Hills, and retails for £5 but is on sale right now for £3.50! This is very pigmented but with a brush you get a very subtle effect and so you can build it up. This is good for daytime over the cheekbones and down the nose with a fan brush.

Have you tried any?

xoxo

  5. I would have thought the Sleek was more highend than it is, looks so nice from the photos! I love the MR highlights though, just as good as any! x
