Estee Lauder Double Wear | First Impressions

Today is a mini review of an exciting new purchase; the Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation. I made a big purchase on Boots and of course had to post about this.

I have never really tried this brand for makeup but everyone was raving about this, so as my drugstore shades were coming to an end I wanted to pick out something that could potentially change my skin.

After one layer of the foundation, using my fingers to blend it in. My problem areas are smoothed out but spots and acne scarring still needs concealing.

I chose the shade 'Cool Bone' I believe, and hadn't tried it out on my skin but it was in the cooler tones and very pale on the spectrum (

It cost about £30 and has a lot of product available. The only thing is that is doesn't have a pump and so you have to apply it to the back of your hand and dip your brush into it.

Other than that, it gives a good base. You will need to prep your skin for optimal coverage but two coats and your blemishes should be covered.

  1. I've been using this for over a month now and I absolutely love it. I'm also yet to write a review on my experience on it so far. Thanks for sharing
