London Weekend: Harrods, Big Ben & More
Today is a very picture heavy post, but if you're nosy like me, and love having insight into bloggers' lives then you'll enjoy this. Last weekend I played tourist in my own city as I was showing friends around who are all foreigners so I wanted to make the most of it, and have some pictures showcasing the best of London for the future.
Covent Garden Market Square, with all the Christmas decorations up, it looked really gorgeous.
Usually I'm not one to go all mushy and overexcited over the holiday season, but perhaps because this is my last family Christmas for a few years, I want to make it memorable.
Leceister Square, so gorgeous and I just love the mix of classic and modern architecture.
Of course, I couldn't not mention/visit Harrods. I hadn't been since early this year, so it was a much needed trip. It's so gorgeous inside, and slightly overwhelming. My friends and I went to 'Montreux Jazz Cafe' where I had a delicious quinoa salad.
The sights outside and surrounding Buckingham Palace, a tip if you're travelling here soon, everything is very central so it's walking distance from here to Parliament etc.
Hope you enjoyed the montage and overload of touristy pictures. My friends and I always eat at restaurants together, we're those kind of people who just love food and good company! While in London we also went to La Tasca which did not dissapoint.
