Anxiety: How to Deal With It & Overcome It

Today's post is totally 'off the track' from regular beauty posts, but just as important. In order not to repeat myself, this is going to be quite brief as I've tried to express my thoughts as best I could through the video. If you aren't subscribed to my channel (you can do so by clicking the video) you won't be aware of my 'disorder' and sentiments shared by many, many people. 

It's a very common thing to experience, and ranges from little bolts of anxiety to full blown attacks. It is in a way related to self confidence and appearance, the more you doubt yourself and the more insecure you are, the more you worry and judge yourself. Often this is totally off-base and simply your emotions rather than hard facts. Only you can change your happiness levels, this has even been proven scientifically, you need to love yourself before you can be truly happy and learn to relax and enjoy life.

  2. Oh wow, thank you so much for this. Sometimes it just helps to know you're not the only one going through that. I've been seeing a counsellor, and we were going over techniques, and thought processes of what leads you to that state, and it has actually been really helpful. I've been a lot better than I would have before, though I still get the days. Good for you for talking about it on here. :)
